E-PRCS: Unable To Boot Process Scheduler (Doc ID 2254779.1)

On : 8.53 version, Process Scheduler

When attempting to start process scheduler the following error occurs.

tmboot: CMDTUX_CAT:827: ERROR: Fatal error encountered; initiating user error handle
tmshutdown -qy

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate %PS_HOME%appserv/PSADMIN.exe

2. Select 2 for process scheduler 

3. Select 1 for administrator a domain

4. Check the status of the domain by selecting option 3-Domain status.

5. Select option 1 boot this domain.

6. Observe the error
