Goal

Customer is on PT 8.55x, using FSCM 9.20, PUM 21. In FSCM 9.20 PUM 20, a new Journal upload process was introduced. The new process uses a new spreadsheet and macro, JRNL1_WS.xlsm and JRNLMCRO_WS.xlsm, and uses a synchronous web service. Note that this upload invokes GL_JRNL_UPLD Application Engine program, NOT GL_JRNL_EXCL AE as is done when using xmllink.

To troubleshoot an issue, the customer needs the PeopleCode/SQL trace file from GL_JRNL_UPLD Application Engine (AE) program, triggered by the General Ledger Journal upload from Excel using JRNL1_WS.xlsm and JRNLMCRO_WS.xlsm Excel files.
