ETL92: Monitor Approvals Page - Unable To Re-assign Time Needing Approval To Another User (Doc ID 2256139.1)

Symptoms

It appears there appears to be a bug introduced in 9.2 on the Approval Monitor page, for Mass Reassignment. When a user selects an Approver with TLPayableTime needing approval and attempts to reassign these to another user under Administrative Actions / Reassign To, the approvals are not being reassigned.

Steps to Recreate:

1. Navigate to Workforce Admin > Self Service Transactions > Approvals and Delegation > Monitor Approvals
2. Enter the following:
a. Approval Process: TLPayableTime
b. Approver: OPRID
c. Approver Status: Pending
d. Hit Search
e. Select 1 or more of the pending transactions at bottom of page.
f. Under Administrative Actions, enter "OPRID" in “Reassign To” box. Hit Reassign Selected and you’ll get a “Reassignment Successful” message.
g. Repeat steps a, b and c above for the OPRID you reassigned to and you should get no results for the pending approval you previously selected to reassign. This indicates that the approvals were NOT in fact reassigned successfully.

Business Impact:
User is unable to successful complete approval after re-assignment via Monitor Approvals.
