E-PIA : Issue With Direct (deep) Linking After Peopletools 8.55.14 Install - URL gets Truncated Before &Action (Doc ID 2256777.1)

 In tools 8.55.14 direct links from website and  emails that take users directly to a page seem to get cut off and send users to the search page instead . This behavior did not occur in Prior tools release . It seems that the link gets cut off at the "&Action=" portion of the URL

Example : 

a link like : http://................/EMPLOYEE/HRMS/c/IB_PROFILE.IB_MONITOR_DET.GBL?Page=IB_MONITOR_DET&Action=U&IBPUBTRANSACTID=018f3fa2-13d2-11e7-8774-a15fdde03dc0&TargetFrameName=None

would appear as following after it's pasted into the browser :

http://........./EMPLOYEE/HRMS/c/IB_PROFILE.IB_MONITOR_DET.GBL?Page=IB_MONITOR_DET <-- cut off at "&Action="
