Symptoms
When the Ceiling Disposition on an Earnings Accrual Class is set to Allow to Exceed and an employee reaches the specified maximum leave accrual, the leave hours awarded are immediately forfeited instead of the employee keeping the hours.
STEPS

1. Calculate Leave Accruals (Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USF > Produce Payroll > Calculate Leave Accruals).
