EPY: Single Chk For Multiple Jobs Does Not Reflect Empl_Rcd 0 Job & Department. (Doc ID 2257723.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.


For employees with multiple jobs and multi benefits record numbers, using a single pay-check, the information showed in pay check(like department, job) is related with the lowest benefit record number and not with the lowest empl Record.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Company set up, select to use Single Pay check for multiple jobs.
2. On Job Data, employee needs to have multiple jobs and multiple benefits records.
