System Is Not Checking The Duplication Of Bidder Contact (Doc ID 2257806.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Other
When adding two bidder contact with the same userid in the same time without hitting save in between, system will save both contacts with the same user id and will not check the duplication.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to any existing bidder contact and add two contacts with the same userid
2. Press Save only after entering both of them not in between.
3. System will not check the duplication and will be able to save both bidder contact with the same user id.
