Symptoms

On : 8.55 version, Cloud - Oracle Cloud

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After having setup the People Cloud Manager and manually installing the file server on the cloud, after subscribing to the FSCM channel, the FSCM application cannot be downloaded.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

After having setup the People Cloud Manager and manually installing the file server on the cloud, after subscribing to the FSCM channel, the FSCM application cannot be downloaded.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup Cloud Manager and File Server
2. Subscribe to the FSCM channel (or another channel)
