ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When an administrator create an extended absence on behalf of a member the manager does receive a notification however the email doesn't show the name of the member, his user id the dates from, to and the type of absence. HTML email approval is received with all bind variables as blank.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1: Create an approval process for EA with 2 levels of approval.
Step 2: Create an EA as an administrator and submit the request for approval
Request is routed to the first level approver using HTML email approval
HTML email approval is received with all bind variables as blank
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Managers cannot view the details of the leave to approve.
