Missing Cross-reference Table Error When Admin Deletes the Absence Request Before Manager Approves From HTML Email (Doc ID 2258278.1)

On : 9.2 version, Approval Framework

When we are checking the IB status for email approval, we have found the following error for IB:

"Missing cross-reference table, thread ID:3727730 (0,0) EOAW_EMAIL_APPROVAL.inboundProcessor.OnExecute Name:getTransactionHeaderRecord PCPC:17712 Statement:310 Called from:EOAW_EMAIL_APPROVAL.inboundProcessor.OnExecute Name:OnNotify Statement:13 "

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee submit leave request > HTML Email Approval route to manager
2. Manager approve from HTML Email Approval
3. Go to Absence Event and delete the application that email approve
4. Run Process EOAWEMC to read and process email
5. Check IB Que Status, it will be in ERROR Status.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, other Email approvals are getting stuck in queue
