EGL9.2: Buttons Get Misalligned On Fluid GL Journal Approval Page Upon Clicking On Any Of Journal Lines

Symptoms
Issue:

Upon clicking on any of the individual Journal lines in Fluid Journal approval component, the page gets redisplayed with all buttons randomly appearing on the header area.
Steps To Replicate:
---------------------
1. Log in as Approver & Click on the Approval tile in Employee Self Service
2. Open an existing Journal routed for approval from the list.[If not available, then you need to submit one journal for approval as requester.]
3. Journal entry displayed for approval. Now click on any one of the Journal lines.

Actual Behavior:

Page gets refreshed, with all buttons randomly appearing on the header area.
Expected Behavior:
--------------------
Buttons shouldn’t appear randomly.
