Posting Cashiering Payment Fails with Error 'Remote program SFPQKDRV failed with reason (2,-1)CSH_OFF_WRK.CALL_QUICK_POST.FieldChange' (Doc ID 2258553.1)

On all Campus Solutions  an error occurs when posting a receipt in Cashiering for an amount greater than the student account balance. The error does not occur if the amount of the receipt is less than or equal to the account balance.

Remote program SFPQKDRV failed with reason (2,-1)CSH_OFF_WRK.CALL_QUICK_POST.FieldChange Name PostReceipt

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Student Financials, Cashiering, Post Student Payments;
2. Select an emplid, and Cashier Office;
3. Enter Target key, a Tender key, and an amount;
4. Click the Post Receipt button.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users accept money in excess of the account balance from a student. There may be a reason for the excess payment; it must be able to be posted.
