Symptoms

It appears there is inconsistency in behavior between two delivered menu paths. The issue occurs when user is attempting to assign the default schedule to an employee enrolled in a Workgroup with no default via navigation Main Menu > Time and Labor > Enroll Time Reporters > Assign Work Schedule. The below error is triggered. The same action on under navigation Manager Self Service > Time Management > Manage Schedules > Assign Work Schedule works fine.

Error:
No Schedule (13502, 1523)
No Schedule

Steps to Replicate:
1. Select Emplid KC0004 assigned to workgroup KUWRKGRP6. Make sure no Schedule Group and no Schedule ID is assigned at the workgroup level.
2. Navigate to Assign Work Schedule page via Main Menu > Time and Labor > Enroll Time Reporters > Assign Work Schedule.
3. Insert a new row with current date; select Default Schedule then try to save. Note the above error is triggered.
4. Now navigate to Assign Work Schedule page via Manager Self Service > Time Management > Manage Schedules > Assign Work Schedule. Note it works fine.
