On :  8.55 version, Change Assistant

Using Change Assistant to upgrade Peopletools 8.54 to Peopletools 8.55.13, cannot find files during the execution of the upgrade job

ERROR

Searching for file of scripts\ptgentabstats.sql in D:\ca_staging\softwareupdatePeopleTools_Only_Upgrade{-HRXXXX}IP\ – File Not Found.
Searching for file of scripts\ptgentabstats.sql in C:\PT8.55.13\ – File Not Found.
Searching for file of scripts\ptgentabstats.sql in D:\pum19\pt\ps_app_home\ – File Not Found.
Searching for file of scripts\ptgentabstats.sql in C:\PT8.55.13\ – File Not Found.
Searching for file of ptgentabstats.sql – Unsuccessful:File Not Found.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install CA PT 8.55.13
2. Create the CA job for upgrading from PT 8.54 to PT 8.55
3. Run the job within CA

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete the Tools upgrade to PT 8.55.13.
