Symptoms

PeopleCode Error on Define Mass Update page while creating a new mass update definition.

Field does not exist -- MU_WRK.BUSINESS_UNIT. (2,104) MU_SETUP_CHG.MU_VALUE_CHAR.FieldChange PCPC:145 Statement:2

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to "Workforce Administration > Collective Processes > Mass Update > Define Mass Update.
2. Add a New Value by Providing the Mass Update ID
3. Go to "Additional Changes" Tab.
4. In Data Changes grid, select "Work Location" as a section, "Business Unit" or "Regulatory Region" as Element. Then pick any value for the "Character Value" field. This action will generate the following error.
