Fluid Class Search In IE Does Not Display Class Section Details (Doc ID 2259456.1)

On : 9.2 version, Curriculum Management

Students cannot access the class section details from their Recently Viewed or Favorites Courses list using Internet Explorer in the Medium, Large, and Extra Large form factors. Students can see this information while using the small form factor in IE and in all four form factors in Chrome.

Expect to see the course options on all form factors.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Internet Explorer, log in as a student who has recently viewed courses for a specific term (you can find this information on the PS_SSR_CLSRCH_RVF table) in any of the following form factors: medium, large, or extra large.
2. Access the Fluid Class Search.
3. Choose a term with recently viewed courses or saved favorites.
4. Click on one of the courses in the Recently Viewed or Favorites list, then click on the arrow to the right to display the sections.
5. Note that you do not see the Class Selection options. The number of options that should be available as choices displays, but the class options themselves do not display.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, students have to look up the classes again making it more difficult to enroll..
