Posting Duration Is Populated In DB As 0 (HRS_JO_PST_LENGTH)

Posting Duration is populated in DB as 0 (HRS_JO_PST_LENGTH)
In the Manage job opening page, under job posting there is an issue with posting duration population in database.
Table - PS_HRS_JO_PS_DST, Field - HRS_JO_PST_LENGTH
When Post Date and Remove Date are entered, automatically Posting duration is shown on page but after saving component, this value is not populated (populated as 0) in database.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigate to Manage Job Opening
Select Posting under Job Postings sub tab
Here in the below screenshot you can see that there 262 value under posting duration –
This value is getting populated as 0 in database.
if you blank out Remove date, then posting duration gets enabled
Enter duration date, then you will see Remove date automatically populated- this case posting duration is getting saved.
Now remove posting duration then Remove date will be enabled
Then change the Remove date then Posting duration gets automatically but after saving the component posting duration will be 0.
Cases when enter Post date and Remove date Posting duration being calculated but its not updated in database with duration value.

The issue has the following business impact:
