Symptoms


Java processes running class com.peoplesoft.pt.psadmin.PSAdmin remain active after closing psadmin windows and also consume high CPU


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start psadmin and navigate to 4) Web (PIA) Server menu
2. For each session a new java process is started
3. If closing the window without exiting the menu( the process remain active)
