Symptoms
On : 8.55 version, Upgrade
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
During Upgrade HR 9.1/8.54.05 to HR 9.2/8.55.11, when the views are re-created, they are regular views.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When the views exist in the database as materialized views, the upgrade should not re-create them as regular views. It should keep them as materialized views.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade HR 9.1/8.54.05 to HR 9.2/8.55.11 - make sure there are materialized views
2. After views are recreated by this script - ALLVIEWS_crtvw.sql, all materialized views will now be regular views
BUSINESS IMPACT

views are not created correctly
Due to this issue, users cannot use the views.
