E-PIA: User Receiving Error "Service Failed Because Menu Authorization Failed" (Doc ID 2260978.1)

Symptoms

Users leave for the day without logging out or closing their browser and they are automatically logged out overnight, when the users return in the morning and login with the same browser they are getting an error. There is a Load Balancer in use with multiple Webservers and multiple Appservers. This issue is occurring in all Browser types including but not limited to Chrome, IE and Firefox.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login and leave without logging out
2. Come back the next day and attempt to login
3. Error occurs


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are unable to sign back in the next day after an extended duration of inactivity.

Changes

 Load Balancer Configuration was changed: Specifically the Load Balancer Timeouts have been increased from 1 hour to 8 hours
