GP CORE: Run Payment Prep Process No Success If The Account Name Is Longer Than 40 Char. (Doc ID 2261266.1)

On : 9.2 version, Banking

When attempting to run the payment prep process the following error occurs.


SQL error. Function: SQLExec Error Position: 4405 Return: 12899 - ORA-12899: value too large for column "SYSADM"."PS_GP_PAYMENT_FG"."NAME1" (actual : 50, maximum: 40) Statement: insert into ps_gp_payment_fg (cal_run_id, emplid, empl_rcd, gp_paygroup, cal_id, orig_ cal_run_id, rslt_seg_num, pin_num, instance, recipient_tag, run_type, account_id, recipient_id, reci pient_name, eff_status, pay_entity, pymt_key1, pymt_key2, pymt_key3, pymt_key4, business_unit, pmt_t ype, gp_addenda_value, gp_pmt_amt, currency_cd, currency_cd2, payment_mthd, debit_dt, src_bank_id, p mt_status, pymt_id, pymt_nbr, file_id, gp_pmt_gen_id, prcs_status, src_ref_id, amount, amount_curren

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On the Maintain Bank accounts page have Account Name Max 50 Character.
2. Finalize the payroll and run the payment prep process
