The issue is that user is kicked out of PIA when using Tree Manager > Click on Switch Level with Performance Monitor enabled. (it causes Switch Level feature to freeze up)
When Performance Monitor is disabled, Tree Manager Switch Level works as expected.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Tree Manager > Tree Manager
