Customers who apply PUM12 or above in CRM application and previously enabled the HR Service Center page in Fluid Mode, may no longer see solutions. While searching for solutions from the Fluid homepage using the existing SES Search definition it is not returning any results. At the same time when testing with the classic homepage it is returning solution results.
Customers were using SES Search Definition “CR_CO_SOLUTION”. How to configure SES to see solutions in FLUID?
