Symptoms

All BI Publisher reports on a PSNT environment failing, and when viewing the process scheduler logs they show the following error:

 
# A fatal error has been detected by the Java Runtime Environment:
#
# EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc0000005) at pc=0x000000005bf91c03, pid=6264, tid=2552

When attempting to turn on BI Publisher debugging, no files were being generated.
