Symptoms

No Search results are displayed when searching in Global Search when Elastic Search is enabled.  No Search results are displayed

The Integration Broker errorlog.html located in <PIA_HOME>\webserv\<DOMAIN>\applications\peoplesoft\PSIGW.war\WEB-INF shows the following error when searching:
