Account Details Link In View Customer Accounts Is Not Working For With More than 4000 Rows

One generic emplid value is being used to track application charges and payments for all students by term.
1. Navigate to Student Financials > View Customer Account for the emplid
2. Click on the Account Details link
3. No response on the page and will auto log off
For this specific student id and account term, we are retrieving more than 4,000 rows as we have created this ID to handle all the application payment of applicants to post the charges and payments into single student account.
