E-BIP: Unable To Print BI Publisher reports From UNIX Process Scheduler (Doc ID 2264175.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to print SQR or BI Publisher reports on UNIX machine, the following error occurs:

"File list for process instance xxxxxx is empty. (63,103)"

Steps
-----
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate People Tools > Process Scheduler > System Process Request.
2. Run the XRFWIN process
3. Set the output type to printer and run the process.
