PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Payroll for North America - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]

On : 9.2 version, Taxes

There is a state tax issue with WI drivers who are based out of MN but live
in WI. Per federal rule, if they are DOT drivers, taxes are taken based on
where they live, not work. In the past, drivers would be setup on the EE
State Tax table as follows:

MN - UI Jurisdiction, Special Withholding Status 'No Taxable Gross, No Tax

WI - Resident, Special Withholding Status 'None'

Using tax reciprocity rule 4, it would correctly take WI withholding. After
applying tax update 16-D using reciprocity rule 4A, it is no longer taking
the WI withholding.
