Standard Hours Shows as a Display Only Field Regardless of Guided Self Service Configuration (Doc ID 2264342.1)

Symptoms

For Guided Self Service transactions, after Standard Hours have been configured to allow Edit they are still displayed as View Only.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure Standard Hours to be editable, Navigation: Main Menu > Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > Guided Self Service > Transaction Configuration
2. Go to the My Team Fluid page, and from the Related Actions Menu select: Job and Personal Information > Transfer Employee
3. Note that the Standard Hours are display only
