ENVIRONMENT
==============
Environment: Demo
PT 8.55.15
CRM 9.2


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
=================
After creating demo environment with PT 8.55.15 and CRM 9.2 with Microsoft SQL Server, PIA shows empty NavBar: System tab "NAVBAR" doesn't exist


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
====================
After creating demo environment with PT 8.55.15 and CRM 9.2, the NavBar should be available.


STEPS
======
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create demo environment PT 8.55.15 and CRM 9.2
2. login to PIA
3. Go to "Personalize NavBar"
