GSSTransactions Not Displaying Customer Fields with HR_MSS_CT_JOBC_SBF

Newly added fields into a Page is not getting displayed under GSS Self Service configuration page.

Newly added fields are expected to display under the GSS self service transaction

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1: Add fields ESTABID to HR_MSS_CT_JOBC_SBF.

2: Go to Setup HCM > Common Definitions > Guided Self Service > Clone Transaction
  Clone any existing transaction for example, HR_LOCATION_CHANGE into HR_CWR_LOCATION_CHANGE.

3: On the questionnaire page under the Pages tab we added a new row with this page - HR_MSS_CT_JOBC_SBF.

4: To select the fields from this page when we click on Page Fields link the page HR_MSS_CT_FLDS_SEC opens up and no field description is present on the page. We cannot see the description of the newly added field which should be there in order to select the field to be visible on the page.
