Symptoms

Users see error in Message Catalog entries after implementing CS9.0 Bundle 45

Message Catalog entries 18032 / 1498 & 1499;  14015 / 5030 display question marks '?' instead of quotation marks " ".

MESSAGE_SET_NBR = '18032' AND MESSAGE_NBR = '1498'
Message text:
The contact does not have telephone number. At least one telephone number is required. Please check ?Contact has the same telephone number as the employee? check-box , or enter a phone number in field ?Phone?, or at ?Other
Telephone Numbers?.

MESSAGE_SET_NBR = '18032' AND MESSAGE_NBR = '1499'
Message text:
The contact does not have telephone number. At least one telephone number is required. Please check ?Same Phone as Employee? check-box, or enter a phone number in field ?Contact Phone?, or via tab ?Other Phone Numbers?.

MESSAGE_SET_NBR = '14015' AND MESSAGE_NBR = '5030'
Message text:
The contact does not have a telephone number. At least one telephone number is required. Please check "Same Phone as Individual? check-box, or enter a phone number in field "Phone?, or at ?Other Phone Numbers?.
