Fluid Requisition Approval Missing Information Under Summary Header When Requisition is in Hold Status (Doc ID 2265908.1)

Symptoms

When using Fluid approval, and selecting a requisition which is on Hold the 'Summary' Section of the page is not showing any requisition header info information.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1) Create a Requisition in hold status and send it for approval.
1)Login as approver and Navigate to Fluid Approvals page
2) Open the requisition
