Symptoms

On : 9 version, Student Records Enrollment

In changing the Academic Institution value, an error message pops up in Enrollment Requirements page.

Note: There is an error occurs when changing the Academic Institution. However, despite of the error, the user is able to save the Enrollment Requirement.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Curriculum Management - Enrollment Requirements - Enrollment Requirements
2. Add a new value or search for an existing Academic Requirement.
3. Select the Academic Institution prompt to change value
4. An error pops up
