Symptoms
Online Tuition Calculation is failing with the following error. When this error occurs with Online Tuition Calculation, the View Customer Accounts Inquiry fails with a different error message. View Customer Accounts will experience this error only if Tuition Calculation Controls for the Career/Term has the 'Auto Calc Tuition' box checked on at Set Up SACR, Product Related, Student Financials, Tuition and Fees, Tuition Calculation Controls.
Online Tuition Calculation:
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Navigate to Student Financials, Tuition and Fees, Tuition Calculation;
2. Select an emplid;
3. Click the Calculate Tuition and Fees button.
View Customer Account Inquiry:
1. Navigate to Student Financials, View Customer Accounts;
2. Select the same emplid and click Search.
