Symptoms

Answers are not  saved to HRS_APP_ANSWER table when user clicks on next after selecting answers in the Prequalify

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to career site and apply the Job Opening which has the Pre screening defined for the Job Opening.
2. In the Step 2 of Prequalify provide the Answers and click on the Next button.
3. In the result page you will be prompted "You are not eligible to apply for this Job" with Close button.
4. On clicking “Close” button for the pre-screening result window, Answers are not saved to database.
