Cart Items Gets Deleted From Floating Cart (Doc ID 2266491.1)

Symptoms

Cart Items gets deleted without showing warning message. If only one item on the cart, the system throws a message.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1.Added 4 stock items to the shopping cart
2.Click on Request Options > Click on Fixed cost Service > Enter details > Without clicking on Add to Cart > Click on ePro Services
3.Click Yes
4.Click on Time and Materials
5.The last item on the shopping cart is lost
6.Added an item to the cart
7.Click on Request Options > Click on Fixed Cost Service > Enter details > Without clicking on Add to Cart > Click on ePro Services
8.Click Yes
9.Click on Time and Materials
Message-

“Cannot delete the only line on the requisition. (18036,12241) “

Alternatives to deleting the line at this time include:
1. Add a new requisition line prior to deleting the only line.
2. Select the line and click on 'Delete Selected' hyperlink.
