ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

EMERGENCY_CNTCT.PHONE getting blanked out after applying PeopleSoft Enterprise  HCM  Image 9.2.021


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected for Campus Solutions and Enterprise  HCM to sync the proper data.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Configure PERSON_BASIC_SYNC for Campus Solutions to Enterprise HCM 9.2 using handler SCC_HR_PERSON.
2. On Enterprise HCM side, use handler SCC_HR_PERSON.
3. In both Enterprise  HCM and Campus Solutions , emergency contact option "Same Phone as Employee" is not checked.
4. In Campus Solutions, delete personal phone numbers for demo EMPLID XXXXXX.
5. In Enterprise HCM, in addition to personal phone being deleted, emergency contact phone is also deleted.
