Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

EMERGENCY_CNTCT.PHONE getting blanked out after applying PS Image HCM 9.2.021


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected for Campus Solutions and HCM to sync the proper data.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Configure PERSON_BASIC_SYNC for CS to HCM 9.2 using handler SCC_HR_PERSON.
2. On HCM side, use handler SCC_HR_PERSON.
3. In both HCM and CS, emergency contact option "Same Phone as Employee" is not checked.
4. In CS, delete personal phone numbers for demo EMPLID KA0002.
5. In HCM, in addition to personal phone being deleted, emergency contact phone is also deleted.
