When Unicode Characters like "Á" is entered for an Employee Name, The LAST_NAME_SRCH, FIRST_NAME_SRCH and other SRCH fields are not storing value as it is.
The Unicode characters entered on the Names is expected to store as it is in Upper case on respective SRCH fields.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Main Menu > Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Modify a Person
2. Select Employee and Edit Name
3. Enter names which contains Unicode.
