Punchout From Web Suppliers Link in Fluid Requisition Screen Not Working (Doc ID 2267443.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to access Web Supplier from the Fluid Page the following error occurs.The Punchout for the same supplier using the Classic page works fine.

Error:-
Http Return Code 401 or Http Return Code 500

Steps To Reproduce the Issue:-
1. Navigate to Fluid Home page.Under Employee self Service, Click on the Requisition Tile
2. Under the Web Supplier Tab.Click on Supplier and Receive error
