ETL9.2: One Employee Unable To Punch In Or Out And Page Times Out (Doc ID 2269196.1)

On : 9.2 version, Time Reporting,Employee Is Unable to Punch In or Out .An employee who had forgotten to punch out a few days ago. When manager went to fix the exception, he deleted the in punch in order to re-enter the time altogether, but was unable to. Now we are unable to enter time for this employee on the timesheet, and the employee was unable to punch in or out last night.This seems to be affecting only this employee. The employee works overnight shifts, from 10pm to 6am.Can you give us any advice on this issue?
