ETL 9.2:Workgroup Doesn't Show Up Under Manager Search Options (Doc ID 2269354.1)

On : 9.2 version, TL Installation and Setup

Workgroup doesn't show up under Manager Search Options  

The user should be able to see the Workgroup box as search criteria.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1-On the Time and Labor Installation table Set Up HCM->Install->ProductSpecific->Time and Labor (Manager Search Defaults Tab) the Workgroup box is checked
2-Manager Self Service => Time Management => Manager Search Options the Workgroup doesn’t show up as criteria.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the workgroup box as search criteria.
