Unnecessary Country Regions and Flags Are Displayed on Regional Tab in CS 9.2 (Doc ID 2269677.1)

The Regional tab in maintain applications is using settings from the Installation table; however, users are unable to access the country setup page in CS 9.2. Also, there are multiple regions displayed, rather than just USA.

Users can access the country table, and the Regional tab only displays country of USA.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Student Admissions > Application Maintenance > Maintain Applications. Retrieve an existing application.

2. Select Regional tab.

The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, users see to many non-essential countries on the Regional tab and cannot maintain Country table.
