On : 8.55 version, PeopleSoft Update Manager

When attempting to apply required bug fixes for elastic search to FSCM 9.2 Image 23,
the following error occurs.

(SQR 5528) ORACLE OCIStmtExecute error 942 in cursor
  ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
