eCM: Treasury Dashboard Facing Performance Issues

Symptoms

Issue Statement:
Treasury Dashboard is facing performance issues.

Steps:
  1: Go to Treasury Dashboard
  2: Click on Status of Bank Statement loads
  3: Entered the bank codes under Exclude Banks
  4: click Save and go back to dashboard option to see the status of Bank Statement Loads
  
Expected Result:
Dashboard should be loaded in adequate time

Actual Result:
Dashboard did not load
