E-SQR: CSV Files Not Getting Generated (Doc ID 2270618.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run SQR Reports with CSV/PDF format the no output files can be found under Process Monitor View Log/Trace page.
Only the log and out files can be viewed.

Steps
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to PIA
2. Navigate to People Tools > Process Scheduler > System Process Requests
3. Create a new Run Cntrl ID
4. Run the XRFWIN SQR Report with CSV/PDF format
5. The files are not generated under Process Monitor View Log/Trace page
