MSS Absence Request Direct Reports Not Displaying w/ Reports to by Position (Doc ID 2270713.1)

Manager Self Service Absence Request page is not pulling employee reporting to manager by Reports To position.

Manager can view employee in View Employee Information, Promote Employee and View Total Rewards pages but not Absence Request page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manager (KU0114) has a terminated empl_rcd 0 row that has primary job indicator. Empl_rcd 1 is active and also has primary job indicator.
2. Employee is in position 19000081 which reports to position 19000086 which has KU0114 tied to position.
3. Navigation: Manager Self Service>Time Management>Report Time>Absence Request
4. There are no direct reports display.
