Symptoms

When attempting to change the address through Self Service, users are getting error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Self Service > Personal Information > Personal Information Summary
2. Click on Change home/mailing addresses
3. Click on Edit home address.
4. Enter the address details and Save
