On Campus Solutions 9.2 there is a performance issue with the Fluid Student Financials Self Service pages.

Response time on the Fluid self service page is less than optimal.

Self service pages should have a quick response time.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Student Home Page, Financials Account Tile, Account Balance.
