ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When selecting a class from the fluid class search results page, the application sometimes hangs and the class sections never display.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the search and shopping cart to load in an appropriate amount of time.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into self service as a student and click on the Manage Classes tile.
- Click on the Class Search button.
- Search for a class, then select one from the results and the page never loads.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use fluid manage classes tile in production.
