Performance Problem Selecting a Class from the Fluid Class Search Results

On : 9.2 version, Student Records Fluid Class Search

When selecting a class from the fluid class search results page, the application sometimes hangs and the class sections never display.

Expect the search and shopping cart to load in an appropriate amount of time.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into self service as a student and click on the Manage Classes tile.
  2. Click on the Class Search button.
  3. Search for a class, then select one from the results and the page never loads.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use fluid manage classes tile in production.
